Each Lecrec timepiece is part of a limited numbered release, with only 100 pieces produced per dial variant. Due to the exclusive nature of these editions, all orders are considered final once placed.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item being received, exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must remain unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
As every watch is individually numbered and produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability. If the same edition is unavailable, Lecrec reserves the right to offer an appropriate alternative or resolution.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality. Every Lecrec timepiece is backed by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Should your watch require attention during the warranty period, our team will carefully inspect and service the piece to ensure it meets Lecrec standards of craftsmanship and performance. The warranty does not cover scratches, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage caused by improper handling, or any unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Each dial is crafted from natural materials including malachite, lapis lazuli, and mother of pearl. Variations in texture, veining, tone, and pattern are natural characteristics of the stone, making every watch uniquely individual and not considered defects.

MALACHITE
Every line within malachite forms naturally over time. Nothing about it is forced, every stone forms its own natural waves, lines, and movements over time, which means every single watch looks different from the next. Even within the same collection, no two pieces will ever feel identical.
Malachite is known for its rich green tones and flowing textures that almost feel hand painted by nature itself. Some stones appear deeper and darker, while others carry softer movement and contrast. That unpredictability is what makes every dial feel alive and personal.
MOTHER OF PEARL
Mother of pearl is formed naturally beneath the sea, which is why no two dials are ever the same. Each one reflects light differently softer tones, stronger rainbow hues, calmer or more luminous shaped entirely by nature, never by design. That unpredictability is what makes every Lecrec watch truly one of one.
