1. Global Shipping Availability

We now ship worldwide. Whether you are ordering domestically or internationally, we partner with reliable premium couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

2. Dispatch Schedule

Because our collection features highly specialized materials, dispatch timelines vary by product. If your order contains items with different dispatch dates, they will ship together once all items are ready, unless requested otherwise.

Note on Lifetime Warranty: If you purchase our Lifetime Warranty Add-on, this physical warranty card is prepared alongside your order and will be included in the package when your product is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated transit time depends on your location:

  • Domestic (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 6–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume launches, limited releases, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For shipments outside of India, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
