Refund policy

All Lecrec timepieces are produced in limited quantities and crafted using naturally unique stone dials. Due to the exclusive nature of these editions, all purchases are considered final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lecrec.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details. Approved cases will be resolved at our discretion.

Warranty All Lecrec timepieces include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement or craftsmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover: accidental damage, scratches or wear from regular use, water damage caused by misuse, strap wear, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
